Sarah made it thru her tube removal/patch just fine.  I hate that feeling I get when they take her away from me and wheel her off to "surgery."  We had hardly made it back to the waiting room when we got paged that she was done.  We were a little worried when she was waking up from anesthesia because her right eye/nose were red, bloodshot, and swollen.  It worried me more that it worried the nurse enough to call the doctor about it.  Thankfully it improved :)
She was back to herself that night as you can see above, playing with her stickers and dress-up in steph's old (very old) halloween costume.
This was sarah after the versed before her procedure.  She was a little goofy to say the least.  She was singing twinkle twinkle little star over and over again and using daddy as a jungle gym.
And not to be left out, kori racked up his share of medical bills and worry this week too.  He spent last saturday night and sunday in the doggy E.R.  We got home from swimming in claremore saturday night to find a sickly little k-dog. He was very dehydrated, so had to stay in the "hospital" for some iv fluids and iv antibiotics.

On a lighter note, sarah and i have been getting to spend lots of quality time together.  Being a stay-at-home mom means lots of fun time together (which also means trying to figure out ways to entertain a 3 year old).  We've had more time to spend at the library, watching movies, having play dates, etc.  We explored downtown broken arrow this week and found lots of fun little shops :)  I don't think most little kids are too much fun to shop with, but sarah's actually a pretty fun shopping buddy!  It's been a good summer, but i am so, so ready for fall!!!
