Sarah had her first real haircut today.  She had her bangs trimmed awhile back, but she's been asking me for days if we could go get her hair cut.  When the 3-year old is begging you for a trim, I suppose it's time.  I just haven't been ready to chop off her last little bit of "baby."  It of course ended up shorter than I planned, but it looks so cute.  The top pic is before, she was so excited!
