We went to the mall today to get sarah out of the house since it was so cold. i had no idea santa would be there, and never dreamed she would actually want to go see him. but she did! she hopped right on his lap and told him what she wanted for christmas..the movie tangled (the movie she watched with aunt stephie :). i thought her picture with santa turned out so cute! we had to skip pics with him and the easter bunny when she was 2 since she was so scared of them..glad she's outgrown her fear :)

i'm in the chistmas spirit a little early this year..maybe it's the new house, maybe it's the hot,hot summer we had, maybe it's that sarah is excited and understands it a little more this year..i've always put my christmas tree up the day after thanksgiving, but this year i just couldn't resist. we got a new one this year since our living room is a little smaller. sarah was my happy little helper, which is why a lot of ornaments are towards the bottom :) i also have most of my christmas shopping already done!

one thing i miss about our old house is our big front window. so i used our old tree for our front window and made it the "pretty" tree. sarah's showing off our new chairs! when i saw them i just had to have them for that room...so merry christmas to me :)
